Friendly staff and great selection as I searched for a new laptop. I didn’t end up buying anything but still enjoyed viewing the wide variety of options available. Very enjoyable browsing experience. 😊

I feel comfortable shopping here because of the helpful staff. When I purchased a gaming monitor, the staff helped me a lot choosing the best one for me. They even checked the price from other sellers to compare. When I want to see a new phone on display, I come here to see it as it's displayed for view very quickly. Even the tablets from Samsung, Microsoft, and Apple are all on display! which is a game changer for me as an early adopter and tech enthusiast. Overall I think my experience here has been always positive!

I was in need of a laptop and Matt did a phenomenal job at helping me decide what type of laptop I wanted to purchase. The guy took his time and was very patient with me. It was getting close to closing time and he was still helping me process the information that was going on in my head. Matt is super legit and very helpful. I am grateful I was able to get help from him and I’m grateful for my recent purchase.

Bought a phone from Best Buy from a different location. Paid 49.99 membership fee so if phone drops in price they would do a price adjustment. 3 days later price drops. Went to the 76th St. Greenfield location and the (manager) says they won't honor it because of the gift card that was recieved. Buddy that was part of the special. I paid full price for the phone $1299!!! What was the point of getting the stupid membership! Will never shop at this location! Update: To Megan: No thank you! I went to a different location and was treated much better and had no problems getting my price adjustment. It only took 15min for the wonderful employee to help me. It's ridiculous how a manager didn't want to take the time to actually understand the issue because he had a long line of people and 1 employee by the register!

I visit this store often, and have always had great experiences. I've had multiple instances where employees have gone above and beyond what would be considered normal good service, just to help me out, even though they did not have to. Definitely my go to best buy. I have spent thousands of dollars here over the years. And am happy to keep spending my money here. Special thanks to the best buy employees and managers who have made my experiences top notch.
