I do not understand why people here are complaining about management... Maybe you just don't speak rock and roll!!! I had a great experience selling stuff. I usually was just a consumer and never really sold anything before and they were more than honest and generous with what I had!! Definitely one of the coolest places and people in Joliet hands down 馃尛

Aug 15, 2024 路 Renee GoryI am on vacation from Arizona and when I'm on vacation, I hit all the local used record stores. Audiophil's has been the best so far. Records are alphabetized. That alone is the best. I found more rare records here. They had a nice selection of MFSL vinyl. The person behind the counter was super helpful and fun to talk to. I would recommend vinyl collectors visit this store. It will be worth it.
Aug 28, 2024 路 jerry meyerA real neighborhood Institution, now in a much bigger location with lots of new inventory. Friendly service and knowledgeable owners. Just make sure you check the parking rates outside or park in a lot and walk down so you don't have to worry about it.

Though they unfortunately did not have what I was looking for, the staff were very helpful--even going as far as recommending other places I could find the album. The guy working there only seems genuinely passionate about music and the customer experience is above and beyond because of it. When I asked a question about an album he even went as far as playing songs from the album itself to see if it was something I would be interested in. The people there care about music and are happy to make recommendations and help you find new albums. It's nice. I ended up buying two albums there, both fairly priced and in good condition. Like I said it's a nice record store.
Sep 08, 2022 路 logan68kHands down the best shop in the suburbs. Phil and Tiffany know their stuff and are super helpful. Their selection and the prices are great. I have never left empty handed. They are also very supportive of local artists. Great place! Do yourself a favor and stop by soon.
