We chose Ward-Brodt for their reputation. Excellent service, knowledgeable employees and fair prices. We were in and out in under an hour with everything we came in for: trumpet, extra mouth pieces, lyre, service plan & a happy boy. Employee did an excellent job explaining the value of the service plan we requested. We will always return here.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they took time to answer all of my questions. Plus, when they found out part of my order was back ordered, they sent me a personal text, and they answered all of my questions via text as well. I highly recommend them!!!
