Mar 22, 2025 · KentThe grocery pickup group is fast, friendly, and accurate. Wouldn't recommend ordering produce for pickup. More than 5 times in the past few months, they have given me rotten or moldy produce. It's better to go in the store and pick that out yourself.
Dec 27, 2024 · AmyToday they closed the bathroom which federally is illegal. My poor husband who is on medications where restroom access is essential was denied multiple times by multiple staff. It is a basic HUMAN right. Walmart you CANT do that. Second WAL-MART you NEED to upgrade your pay systems to tap to pay just like every other business in the world. You guys have lost a lifetime couple customer pair.
Mar 13, 2025 · techbunny92Its agreed friendly, huge Walmart. You can find pretty much what you're looking for and plenty of customer service representatives. Clean, standard layout, wide isles.
Mar 29, 2025 · Sheri SnedekerSome days very content with my visit. Yesterday, not the case, times 2. I called the previous day to coordinate and make sure that 7 prescriptions would be available for my pick up yesterday. I live 20 miles away, and a messy snow day was forecast. I was not alerted that the 7th was filled. I waited, I think, about 2 hours after they opened, before I called. Pharmacist asked to put me on hold, where I stayed for over 13 minutes. Then, I was spoken to in a bit of a rude fashion with him saying they were short staffed. I believe that about 26 hours should have been adequate time. He then demanded to know EXACTLY when I would arrive. The 2nd issue, was when I found boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.97lb. according to the tag on shelf. Good deal. Packages were marked $2.67lb. I waited til an employee came out of back area. He was polite and quickly checked the tag on the shelf, then scanned a pack of chicken. He showed me it said $1.97lb. I expressed concern the packs didn't say that. He assured it would ring up correctly. At the self check out, it did not. I spoke with assistant Jacob, who was ALWAYS polite, and professional throughout the following approximate minute ordeal with at least 4 other employees including at least 2 managers. Only one came to speak to me. All said no deal, except the 1st lady who took a very long time going to meat department and coming back. I had chosen 4 packs, with approval by original staff. This lady brought 2 different packs and said I couldn't have my 4. I stated the law protects consumers by saying the price posted, was the price they were required to sell to me, unless it was a mistaken price put up. I was emphatically told no. (I looked it up in Ohio law when I got to my car. I am correct.) Both managers said no sale for my 4 packs. I had asked in the beginning for them to ask the man I spoke with first. They didn't until almost the end. The manager, who never gave me the respect of coming to see me face to face, called the first manager with me, (there had been numerous calls.) That manager told the present manager that they had spoken to the meat department man who had checked the price for me. He verified every word I said. The non present manager told the present manager to sell it to me at $1.97lb. Three things: had they spoken to their employee in the beginning, we would not have stood about a half hour, in the self checkout area with many other customers hearing all this, and the register canceling my entire order several times causing us to rescan ALL our purchases. 2nd, Ohio law does require they sell that meat to me at the posted and stated price, from what I looked up. 3rd, From the time we began the incident, and the woman checked and came back to the self check out, she told us the shelf sticker said, $2.67lb. Wonder how that happened conveniently before a resolution was reached with a customer!?!?!? I asked about the posted Walmart customer satisfaction statement. They ignored my question. I asked for NOTHING that wasn't posted on their shelf tag, which I even waited and asked a store employee to check and verify. I was treated like a thief in front of many other people. The heading on this post says Bellefontaine, Ohio. I was in Marysville, Ohio. I had returned something with a receipt from the Bellefontaine store.
