Great experience here, everything was fairly priced, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I looked at everything from guns, tools, video games, electronics, and even swords. Everything in each category was fairly priced and in good condition. This place doesn't have old junk like some places, this place has good quality merchandise in all categories. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be coming back. Got my wife a new computer, a sword for myself as well as some tools for work.

Mar 30, 2024 · K9 LuvnI’ve always loved going to their place until we bought a brand new PlayStation remote control from them. We’ve let them know several times that at first it would not connect. It took almost 2 weeks to get it to connect to our PlayStation and then it still says that it’s not an actual PlayStation remote. It will only stay charged for a few hours and then when you try to charge it, it gives you so much trouble charging it. We’ve told them over and over and asked them to fix it and make it right, and they won’t do anything about it, I’ve asked to have the owner or someone else give me a call back. I’ve never gotten a call back about it. I’ve used to do a ton of business with them. I haven’t gone back since this happened because I’m still waiting on a callback.

Young lady that works there happily assisted me through jewelry as well as personally called me to check and see if I was still interested in an item. With our busy holiday schedule it had escaped my mind but because of her call and customer service I was able to purchase that item and have a great Christmas. You don't see customer service like that anymore everything is a self-checkout do it yourself bag it yourself find it by yourself not here they are happy to help you find an item purchase it and tell you to have a great day.

I’ve always had nothing but a great experience with the Trading Post. Ethan behind the gun counter is amazing to work with and is my go to guy for anything I need related to such.
