May 07, 2024 · Tyler CoatsSeem to be very unorganized. Teachers don't respond to inquiries about lessons. There seems to be a major disconnect between the teachers and the store. Tried to reach a teacher concerning lessons for days. Never got a response, people at the store seemed to be confused about the status of the teacher. Apparently the teacher never responded to the store either. Never heard back from any of them. Unprofessional and a waste of my time, which is precious and valuable. If you can't maintain contact and communication with your instructors then they need to be let go. It's Unprofessional to have people reach out for lessons and you all can't confirm status or establish contact with your instructors!!

When we picked it up, they had everything ready, knew what my son would need for school and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes! While we were there, there was a young girl who wasn't sure what she wanted to get so the staff was kind enough to let her try a few things out to see what she was comfortable with. Very nice gesture in my opinion. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly as well. Glad I went!
