The lady that answered the phone who said her name was CHAR. Shar.. however it is spelled was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Tried reaching out to see if they would be interested in purchasing an item and at first she said yes and then said that they were repair only. We asked why she initially asked what we would be willing to sell it for and she gave no response and hung up on us. We were never rude or disrespectful in any way whatsoever. She was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone give them any business. I called back to speak with a manager and she then refused let me speak with them!
