Ed is an absolute professional who was purely focused on me getting the exact piano I wanted. I did not feel pressured to buy any particular brand, model, price tag, or any other factors. Ed wanted me to make sure I enjoyed the way the piano felt, and the way the piano sounded. Before talking with him, I actually did not know there was SO much variation between pianos!! If it wasn’t for him, I would have made a VERY poor purchase on Facebook marketplace. Go with the pros everyone, you WON’T regret. He also takes great pride in ensuring EVERY piano in his show room is in perfect working order. Piano warehouse is a no brainer. More to follow when my piano gets delivered!!

Ed sold our piano in an honest, smooth & simple process. He had another with rich sound & a beautiful cabinet to fit our changing needs. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. His studio is quiet for an unbothered experience, he has decades of experience in the business, and a variety of pianos in excellent condition (if we only had room for two, I loved the Yamaha player piano!). This was a Platinum experience starting from my initial visit. Very professional all the way through delivery of my new piano. As well, the delivery team was very careful with the piano, my home and the floors. Very impressive experience with Piano Warehouse. I highly recommend them. The owner really asked me very relevant questions and listened to my answers prior to me purchasing.

Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis offers high quality used pianos in fine condition, at reasonable prices. We found Piano Warehouse of Indianapolis at a homeshow earlier this year, and were impressed with the quality of the instruments they brought. We just purchased one of the instruments which we first saw at the homeshow, and are delighted with it. Piano Warehouse was pleasant to work with, did not pressure us as we explored the pianos in their warehouse (they had a surprising number, from small consoles to grands), and provided efficient and responsible movers to transport the piano (Meridian Piano Movers) to our home, and deliver our old piano to a new location. We highly recommend this business for persons seeking (gently) used instruments at affordable costs.
