Jan 30, 2025 · Randy PlauntRuss and Zack are awesome. Russ has been my tech for years, and as a professional guitarist, I rely on him to work on a lot of my guitars. He's always been great and very understanding of a sometimes short time frames if I have one between shows and need work done.

The North Coast team took the time to listen and understand the need, and had the guitar back to me in very reasonable time at a totally fair price. The results of the work are absolutely stellar. It plays better than ever, and finally feels like I wanted it to. I highly recommend working with them!
Oct 25, 2024 · Jonathan MachaTook my Epiphone Les Paul in for a bone nut and set up; Zack recommended a fret finishing to compensate for neck high/low spots. Intonation is perfect! Russ took the sharp edges off my Telecaster frets and installed a bone nut, another fine job! Thanks guys, see you soon with my Firefly!
Mar 19, 2025 · William ChesnicExcellent service. When the crazy snow storm hit West Michigan, Russ called me and let me know it was OK to come in at a later date, if I felt necessary. My guitar only needed a restring and tune, so I called about a month later and they squeezed me in without a problem. I really appreciate the service Russ and Zack provided, as my instruments mean a lot to me. They even cleaned up my guitar and advised me on proper care. As a new mom, this meant the world to me. Things have been challenging lately, and it was nice to see friendly faces and to be met with kindness. I can’t tell you how happy I am to have found North Coast Guitar Co! Thank you so much! I’ll always take my guitars to you for superior care.
