Excellent service and wonderful conversation! I would recommend this place to anyone needing a solid guitar repair or general maintenance. Both Joseph and his assistant demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. I brought my new Martian in to have a strap button installed. While there Joseph noticed the action was slightly high and there was a bow in the neck and offered to adjust it. It wasn’t something I had yet noticed, but I’m glad he did! I drove an hour to get service and I would gladly drive twice that. I will definitely be enlisting Joseph’s services in the future!

I left two separate voicemails and two separate text messages (per the owner's request via voicemail) in early January and in September. Both of my inquiries were left totally unanswered. I could understand if the owner is too busy to take on new work, but not sending a response call or text is unacceptable.
