We had a great experience with them! They were very easy to communicate with, I was texting them. They did a great helping me picking a piano that was in my price range that was very high quality for its age. They were very honest and flexible. We have them coming in a week or so to tune it. I would recommend them to anyone!

Herrema and Sons failed to complete the job for me in a satisfactory way. They didn’t do due diligence when taking the job to evaluate if they could move it in properly leaving me with the piano in my garage instead of my house during 80* weather days, and referring me to another company as a solution. They then initially asked for full payment without considering the fact they had left me in a situation where I had to hire someone else to do the job that they had said they could do, more than doubling my costs. On a positive note the movers were polite and friendly. All in all please go with West Michigan Piano, they saved me! And even Herrema and Sons recommended them 🤣

Outstanding piano moving service. Communication was A+. Exceptional care was taken to move a baby grand piano from the previous owners home to mine. The piano was well protected. The movers made sure I was happy with the positioning of the piano, and it was carefully set up. Highly recommend Herrima & Sons for your next piano move.

First time hiring any piano company to move our pianos and it was a very stress free, seamless experience! We purchased our first baby grand from them and from the start, Ronnie was extremely personable and not "pushy" at all. He allowed us to have the time we needed to make our decision and once that decision was made, they were flexible with our schedule. The delivery is even more hassle free, as they were in and out in just over 30 minutes! Would highly recommend them! Very affordable for what your get, whether it is an upright or a grand. We would most likely choose Herrema & Sons next time!

Young man just removed a piano from house. They function well at doing it. However he was very rude. When I asked if they needed another dolly, he told me to get out of the way and to be thankful that I do not have to do it myself. I'm a good 40 years his senior and work in Healthcare. That kind of attitude in my industry would have us without a job!
