They were quick to respond to my inquiries, very kind and professional as well. Mar 07, 2025 · Laura FriestadI purchased 2 sets of flute gels pads to ease the rt. Thumb pain from holding the flute. I have used these in the past with satisfactory results. With each one I placed on my flute, they immediately fell off. I tried to warm the flute, and hold pressure on the gel, to no avail. Each of the four gels I applied did not stick for a minute. I wrote to Heid Music to tell them about this experience, asking for suggestions on better sticking power, but no answer. Please help with any ideas. Thank you, Marian Clore.
