Today, Scott fixed our Kurzweil keyboard. I drove over 2 hours to get this fixed and he did it the same day. Parts were at the post office - and this is Columbus Day. He made a call to someone he knew who got the package for him. While I waited in a coffee shop, he got the keyboard working. When I got back to our church and reinstalled it in the baby grand, it worked perfectly. Had a great chat with his mom while I waited in the store for him to finish up the bill -- such a sweet, kind lady. I've spoken with his dad on the phone and found him to be just as nice as the rest of the family. Speaking of the bill -- I thought it was totally reasonable for the number of hours he worked on our keyboard and the parts that had to be installed. EXCELLENT prices! I just cannot say enough good things about this business and these people!!! The quality of service and kindness of the owners made a 2 1/2 hour drive worth every bit!!
