I was charged for two months rental fees, and I called them up. The man who handled it was very helpful. Within the week I received a full refund of both months in spite of the saxophone still being at my child's school. That is great customer service. Also, the repair was done fairly quickly and my son is really happy with how it's working. Great job, White House!

My daughter wanted to take guitar and we were referred to this location. They are always friendly on the phone, helpful in the store and the music teachers are passionate about what they do! Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy a musical instrument or take lessons.

Staff showed me the 3 brands that were available, talked about the relative “softness” of each number of reed, and compared prices. I got what I needed in less than 5 minutes. Staff member was very pleasant and courteous.
Mar 05, 2025 · Peggy HaasAm a beginner violinist and needed help with a center chin rest and shoulder pad. The gentleman who helped me, a violinist himself, was very helpful. I greatly appreciated him showing me my options. Then put the chin rest on my violin and showed me how to put the shoulder pad on correctly. Playing feels so much better now!
