This is a very long and overdue review (sorry the ADHD got to me). But I just want to say how thrilled I am with the exceptional service I was provided with before the holidays. I had been looking for a very rare, almost impossible to find, "Newborn Sun" vinyl by Chon for YEARS in hopes of gifting it to my partner. Well sure enough, right before Christmas, I redecided to take another look online to see if I'd have any luck and by some sort of miracle, Toad Hall had it! I immediately called them since I live in Texas, and wanted to confirm if it really was there. It took them a bit to locate it but when I got that return call that sure enough my search had ended, I quickly provided my information to purchase it and have it sent via mail. They were so extremely helpful and the vinyl arrived in perfect condition within a matter of days. I wish I could remember exactly with whom I spoke to that day, but I'm certain all the staff there are true gems. Once again, thank you for everything, the look on my partner's face when that present was opened truly made it all worth it. Much love from a Texas gal!

It was amazing the amount of magazine issues they had for Post, Life, Rolling Stone, etc organized by year. They have 3 levels: basement, main level, and upstairs.

Used equipment galore, tons of it, AND NEW, outstanding place and great people. FIVE STAR all the way!!! Keep up the great work Nick and all.

It's kinda organized... alphabetical, genre, new, used... if you know exactly what you're looking for you can probably find it in 5 minutes. If you're just browsing then this place can be cavernous. I didn't even make it to the upstairs.
