These guys are great. I had them roll the edge of the fretboard on a Tele guitar of mine. Reasonably priced and they did it perfectly. Much more comfortable to play now. Very happy. I'll definitely go there again if I need something done.

Sent in my guitar that was in desperate need of a fret leveling and setup. Opted for the Plek machine and the outcome was amazing - absolutely worth the extra cost for any guitar that needs a bit more than minor stuff. Got rid of all the fret buzz I was experiencing above the 11th fret and let me set the action where I like it without compromise. Great customer service and friendly folks too.

I have tried to take my guitar to Third Coast a few times, and have not found the shop open during their stated business hours. I've called their phone number and not gotten an answer. I sent an email through their website at 1pm on Monday (they were supposed to be open, but weren't) and got a reply at 6pm--their closing time--assuring me they were open. If they weren't there during business hours, were they open after closing time? I wouldn't be here writing a bad review if someone was there during business hours on a normal Monday, or if someone would say "Oops, we weren't there. Can you come tomorrow?" They had a chance to make it right, and they didn't. (See below for the owner of Third Coast Guitars claiming they were there when they weren't there.) Zero stars, but had to click a star to get my review to post
