They were able to get the string replaced quickly, in less than 10 minutes, so now my daughter can get back to practicing. They were kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended!!! The owner, Jennifer, is very knowledgable in playing the various instruments, as well as knowing the right music to suit your needs. They have a great piano music selection in different genres and level ability They also offer other fun, affordable musical merchandise. I love my new singing bowl!
