Upon seeing the work I needed done, he decided to quickly do the repair, right there and then. He completed the repair in about 30 minutes, all the while teaching me tips about my instrument and guitars in general. He then refused to take payment. He did the repair completely free of charge. Needless to say, I am still floored by Kenneth鈥檚 kindness, there are not many out there like him. The fix is holding up great so far - thank you so much Resolution Guitar Repair! I will be bringing all of my future instruments here!
