The person who worked with me was very knowledgeable and explained the differences in some of the guitars and suggested a few in my price range. From there they had me try them out and gave me ample time to decide on what I liked. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be going back here for my guitar purchases, and guitar setups.

Very new to playing guitar but walked in and asked some questions about restringing my guitar and lowering the action and was met with enthusiasm and kind explanations. Felt very welcome there. The work was done very fast and I was really pleased with the result. Even felt comfortable enough there to play a few notes to make sure everything was set up right (as best a newbie can tell). Ear to ear smile when I left the store.

Randee himself is easy to work with and a great owner, and Tim and Isaac, the guitar-side techs, are both knowledgeable and immeasurably friendly. It's a lovely walk-in-and-play store with a clean, polished storefront and the best selection of acoustic guitars for a hundred miles. I can't recommend it enough or say enough good things.
