I was looking for a digital piano and although I live in Chicago, there was a paltry selection of instruments spread out over a few stores with very poor customer service. I happened upon the Kraft Music website and chatted with David Hall who was very knowledgeable about various manufacturers and models and suggested I drive up to the showroom and play several. It was an easy drive and I was impressed with the number of instruments available. I settled on a beautiful Yamaha and David made the entire process easy and smooth. Definitely worth the drive and I am very glad to have purchased my instrument from Kraft. Customer service, as others have mentioned, was fantastic.

The price was as good as you will find anywhere. They kept me in the loop during the whole shipping process and followed up to make sure I was happy. Very much pleased by the video Kraft put together on how to setup the piano...very well done and I had this up in no time! Kraft would be my first place to shop for an instrument in the future!!!

The other day, I thought of getting a digital piano and start learning and playing again. The first place I checked out was Kraft Music. Their prices were very competitive and I placed a piano in my cart. I wasn't too sure about the bundle options, so I left it there to sleep on it. The following day, I get an email from Tory. He mentioned the piano in my cart and that he can create a custom bundle for me if I'm still interested. After a few emails, we sealed the deal and I'm a happy customer! Excellent customer service!

He spent a great deal of time on the phone with me and answered every question I had about the product. I could have purchased the Roland piano anywhere. However, Jake from Kraft Music was the only sales person who spent the time to make me feel comfortable about buying the product from this company. If I need something in the future, I will certainly return to Kraft Music. Thank you for an easy and pleasurable buying experience.
