I promptly received email confirmations regarding the appointment. Dave Hulbert, a registered piano technician, tuned our piano extremely well. He also suggested how to improve the piano's finer points and our playing environment which we appreciated. I would highly recommend Hulbert piano for service!

I received a call from Tom of Hulbert Piano, reminding me that I was overdue for a tune. I had received email reminders, but they went ignored due to many other family expenses, like college tuition and vehicle repairs. Mark indicated he would be in my area and would stop in anyway. I was moved to tears. He showed up for our appointment, and took care of my beloved piano. He would not accept payment and listened patiently to me as I thanked him profusely. As a Board Member of Brookfield East’s Friends of Fine Arts for 8 years and counting, I give a lot of volunteer time to this parent led organization to support the arts and music programs in our high school. Tom’s kindness meant the world to me and gives me the opportunity to keep volunteering with renewed enthusiasm. Music changes the world.
