Amazing store and staff! We bought two guitars to be auctioned at a concert for a popular band, which helped raise money to buy an ambulance for the Ukrainian military. Communication was great, and Jason, who helped us (if I remember correctly name, sorry if no), was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We’re very happy and thankful for the great experience!

Poorly managed place. Some things are priced wrong like some strings I picked up clearly priced at six dollars but when I get to the counter they’re actually $12. Also. Any guitar that I consider worth playing is under lock and key. So I guess if you wanna try out a squire or sub $300 guitar this is the place for you. What brought me there today is my love for pedals. They have a pedal selection where you can plug-in and try out different pedals. It is set up, turned on at all times, it has guitars hanging so you can plug in and test a pedal before buying. Pretty cool except you can’t use it. Just now was there and I had volume set low. I was trying out different pedals. An employee tells me people are trying to talk and he has to make a phone call right now. I immediately unplugged hung up the squire and left; will not be back. Here’s an idea, don’t have a set up like this with a pedal chain, inviting people to try pedals if you don’t want them to actually try pedals. I was playing quietly. From now on I’ll just go to Cream City or Dave’s. Love those places and they value my business.

Came here with my uncle to help him with his new PA speaker purchase. English is not his best language, but music definitely is. Though I felt that we were bothering the salesman by simply wanting to try out and compare the few speakers we were interested in, overall the experience was fine. But whether someone is spending $500, or $5000 shouldnt depict the quality of service they get, neither should their age, gender or musical aptitude. That’s not to say that any of these are the reason we werent given the attention to make a great experience and satisfied purchase. But for my disabled uncle, the speakers were a big deal to him, and felt the store could truly care less

Recently purchased a new guitar and I was really impressed by everything available! Although my interactions with staff were brief, everyone was very friendly. I didn’t know this was here before, so I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 Edit: Stopped in again and picked up an Am Pro Telecaster. Ryan was such a gentleman and a great help. Thank you for the great customer service!

I was in this store twice prior to purchasing on Guitar Center's website. I did not receive help either time and ended up leaving and researching everything online. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren't. Employees were walking around, chatting. The reason that I still gave them 4 stars is because even though I ordered online, I did "Ship To store" and the salesman who helped me with my pick-up was kimd and helpful.
