I took my strat in to him for a setup and to look at a problem I was having with the saddles and set screws not being long enough to adjust to avoid fret buzz without adding a shim. When I came to pick it up, I noticed that it had not been fixed, though he'd done some other work on the guitar. When I tried to talk to him about it, he said it was fine like that. When I tried to protest, he called me an idiot and walked off and just told his assistant to charge me $100. I definitely won't come back to him again, I might has well have gone to guitar center for that level of service.

Mar 22, 2025 · Julian DelgadoI brought my guitar in to be set up and check, and was charged 80 dollars, when I inspected my guitar when I got home I realized they had done absolutely nothing, they didnt intonate my bridge, didn't even wipe it down. I have a rattling inside my guitars trem system since I got it back. I didn't even go back, 80 dollars to avoid a place that couldn't take care of my expensive guitar seems like a steal to me
