Sep 10, 2024 · Ron LeeMr. Cremer gets my highest recommendation. Brought in a 64 Gibson B-45 12 string thinking I needed new tuners - as the instrument did not stay in tune. Mr. Cremer quickly diagnosed that it was not my tuners, and that I needed three new frets. Turned out that he was exactly right. He replaced the three frets with vintage Gibson materials - so that the new frets match the old ones. The guitar now stays in tune, and sounds better than ever. Good to know there's a place around where they understand their craft, and are also good to their customers. Nice shop too - a lot of interesting guitars and equipment to check out. He also did a great job on my Larrivee D03 (at a very fair cost), fixing a bridge that was lifting. He also adjusted my K&K pickup on the Larrivee (which was too "hot), so that I now have better control over the volume without the previous feedback problem. In short, he's an expert in guitars - and very personable.
May 24, 2021 · Rick AlaskaHad a great experience at Cremer’s yesterday! Came in without an appointment to have my Martin’s action looked at and the owner, Rick, fixed it on the spot for a very affordable price! There’s also a lot of incredible guitars in this store. Will definitely be coming back in the future!
Nov 12, 2023 · RichardRick was super helpful and personable during my visit in January. As a beginner to classical guitar, I had some questions about my instrument that he was happy to answer and even showed me how to change a string. Prices seem very reasonable. I feel like I have my new go-to guitar guy!
