If you're looking for a piano in the southeast Wisconsin area this is the place to go! They have a huge selection of pianos of all varieties, and there is bound to be something that fits your style and price range. Eric was extremely helpful and is more than willing to spend the time with his customers to help them get to know the pianos he has in stock and help them pick out the right one for them. You also can't beat his free delivery, 10 year warranty, free tuning, and peace of mind knowing each piano has his "stamp" of approval. His piano arrangements and recordings are also worth checking out if you play piano or enjoy listening to piano music!

I am 100% satisfied with the tuning. I am also happy to have met Eric Carlson. He provided me with good information about my piano as well as other options (my piano falls below my personal expectations, but it was free on CL and I love to play). He is genuinely interested in music and is happy to share his knowledge about pianos and related community events and businesses. I trust his expertise and his commitment to his customers. Note: You may want to leave a bit of a window open when scheduling a tuning to be prepared for adjusting the appointment time. I have yet to visit the showroom in Waterford, but it sounds like they are willing to work with people to help them get a good piano in their home.

Like many people mentioned, Eric was very helpful when I visited his store when I was shopping for a piano. He was very kind and patient as I was trying various pianos. After purchasing this piano, I was promised and this was stated in the invoice that I would get a free tuning within 6-month of purchase. This 2-star rating is because this “free” tuning never happened. I have tried multiple times over the span of 3 months now to schedule the tuning with him by either calling or texting him. He almost never responded, even when he responded, he apologized and said that he would text me to schedule but he never did. If you don’t plan to actually schedule a free tuning with your buyer, please don’t offer it!

We purchased a piano recently from Artistic Piano Service and it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Eric spent a lot of time with us, showing us the sound of each piano that we were considering. We learned the strengths and characteristics of each. This made our decision more decisive. They also arranged the delivery and set up of the piano within a reasonable amount of time. As I told my wife, Eric is not a piano salesman, but an honest man who sells good quality, pre-owned pianos at a fair price.
