Feb 21, 2024 · Cassandra KimlerBe aware of the ‘rent to own’ program. You can find what you need used on Amazon for about 10%-20% of the cost. We were led to believe this was the ‘place’ we needed to get our 7th grader’s trumpet from the school district. After it’s all said and done, we will pay over $1200 to participate in school band, and West Music was nice enough to offer to buy our 2 year old barely used trumpet back for $100-$300 after selling it to us for $900. Just make sure you really understand the West Music contract as it’s clearly written to make a strong profit for the company.
