I highly recommend Jeff Hall as a tuner. After more than two years my Yamaha disklavier upright was badly and painfully out of tune. Jeff was focused and diligent and able to return the piano to A440. My Yamaha is once again a pleasure to play. Jeff was punctual, courteous and very professional. I would definitely invite Jeff Hall to tune my piano again.

Feb 19, 2025 · Russel PI loved using West Michigan piano for moving a player piano I have. The guys who moved the piano made it look so easy and when they saw I had hardwood floors they sold me these floor protectors for cheap. If I need the piano moved again they are one's I'll call!

Once to the new location they had it up the steps and standing upright in record time. These guys know what they are doing. I've now used West Michigan Piano 3 times and am always impressed. Thank you for taking care of "The Beast".

They were incredibly careful not to scratch or ding the piano on any walls or steps. Would highly recommend these guys and trust them to get the job done right.
