DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE OR PLACE ORDER. Not sure what is up with their website but it may be a scam of some form. Talked to the owner on Facebook, very helpful and communicative before I paid. I ordered a cello. They told me it would ship in a few days but after a week I messaged and they said they didn't have a box and would be shipping the next day. Then for the next 10 days nothing, I messaged, nothing and they clearly avoided our messages. I emailed them and no response. Finally told the owner via Facebook message to cancel the order or we would be filling a police report. They sent a tracking number an hour later but still didn't respond. When it got here it was in a dryer box, no packing what so ever, flopping around in the box. The cello is destroyed, broken neck, broken bottom, strings completely popped scroll chipped but the box it came is is actually fine, not a scratch. Almost looks like they broke it before it was sent. I sent pics and still no response but did get a refund. This entire purchase was extremely stressful and I would never buy from these people. I wonder if they are running some form of insurance scam. If you do images searches of their cellos, they have 2 sites set up with different prices for the same items.. We found another reveiw on yelp that said they never sent the item the person purchased. Avoid at all costs. Something isn't right about this place and how they are doing business and you won't get the instrument.

Oct 24, 2023 · JTook forever to get a trumpet for our child. Couldn't get in contact for repairs. We went to store front multiple times for assistance and was always closed. I would avoid.
