Aug 21, 2024 · jennifer bishopI've sent my trombone here countless times over a course of 7 years, and I've maybe only had one incident where it wasn't fixed properly, but they immediately fixed the problem a second time for free. They do such a great job with repairs, and when I first started playing, they let me pick out my favorite color of music stand. I also have bought a flipfolder from here back in 2017 and it is still holding up to this day. Highly recommend.

For a relatively small store, they carry a wide variety of essential merchandise. Most importantly, their customer service is awesome! For example, I had a small instrument repair issue, and the manager fixed it on the spot rather than sending it to their off-site repairman. Every time I've been there, they've always been friendly and accommodating. Thanks, Rettig!
