I had a few questions about the guitar and asked on a Saturday. Less than an hour later had the reponses, and I ordered that day. It was shipped first thing the next business day. Perfectly packaged; it was delivered quickly and in great condition. The guitar and case was pristine, and just sings when yoiu play it. Great selection, great customer service - what more could you want? If you have any hesitation about ordering online or about an item you want to order, you can't go wrong here.

Next I got a guitar I thought I could only dream about, a Grand Jumbo 28, the only one ever made. It's such an incredible guitar that I've now ordered a Grand Jumbo 18 to go with it. Mark is great to deal with. He is probably the most experienced Custom Shop dealer in the country right now, and his attention to detail is second to no one. He will take care of you. The World Needs More Jumbos!
