Super friendly staff, quick turnaround on instrument repairs, and done right. Ive had 2 different bass guitars in here for setups; 1 acoustic and 1 electric. They play like butter now. Music Royale is now my go-to shop for instrument repairs. If you want it done fast and the right way, don’t hesitate to bring your gear here.

So rarely do you come across a business where every time you visit, you are greeted with the same level of professionalism regardless of who is working that day. The staff is extremely welcoming and kind. They try to memorize customers names. They go the extra mile. Bottom line, if you’re coming here to get your guitars set up, you are in for a treat. Not only is it surprisingly affordable, but the work is next level. I’ve had them do setups, pickup swaps, fret work, solve electronic issues, replace tuners and cut bone nuts for me, and every time it has been a freakin’ treat. They always exceed my expectations, and I always get my guitars back faster than they said it would take. Extremely enjoyable customer experience. I had a guitar serviced and picked up a few items that I had questions about. This is a really nice store. And I am a very picky customer :-). btw, it's a little tricky to find off Powell Rd. It is very easy to miss the entrance. Don't give up; it's worth it.

Love this place to the core. The instructors and staff here are so friendly and good, and my daughter loves to go in every week. Another great thing about Music Royale is to provide opportunities for kids to show case their talent in events like Recitals, Rock School and many others. Absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family.

Music Royale is an outstanding school for teaching children to play musical instruments! The environment is beautiful, cozy, and impeccably clean. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and eager to assist. The school also offers a selection of books and essential instrument accessories for purchase. We chose this school because it is one of the few in Columbus that offers flute lessons, which we specifically sought out. Our teacher is exceptionally kind, attentive, and highly professional. We are delighted to attend and highly recommend this school to others!
