We couldn’t be happier with our baby grand piano that we purchased from Jenn and Andrew. Their service during the purchase and afterwards - wonderful. They arranged the speedy delivery with a service that treated our piano and home like it was theirs. Andrew and Jenn even stopped by the house that weekend to make sure the delivery and piano set up was to their satisfaction. Jenn tuned our piano after about 6 weeks and wow it sounds amazing. She explained what to expect as weather changes and the piano is acclimated to our home. Added bonus, we both take lessons with Andrew and Jenn so we see them on a weekly basis. For many years I have searched for someone to restore my little Schoenhut toy piano. Not only did Jennifer enthusiastically accept the challenge, she went the extra mile to research the piano and incorporated authentic parts into the restoration. She also built a new little piano bench that will not tip over when our toddler grandson plays his favorite tunes! I am so grateful to Jennifer and her team for the excellent work they did to bring my mother’s little piano back to life.

Dr. Hohman is a talented musician and an experienced teacher who understands how to teach students of any level. A trained vocalist himself, having a piano instructor with knowledge of the singing voice is very beneficial to the musicianship of the student. Jennifer is a top-notch piano technician who knows exactly how to make your pianos sound their best. They also keep a stock of great hand selected pianos (of all price ranges) for purchase. I've had the opportunity to shadow both of them, and they could not be more giving with their time or caring for those they serve. Extremely personable and knowledgeable duo whose services I would recommend to anyone in Southwestern Ohio. Would give more stars if possible!

I wrote to Hohman pianos to ask if I could buy a piano part, but Jennifer told me all I had to do was readjust something to make it work. I really appreciated her knowledge and willingness to help, she even offered to video chat with me and helped me set it up out of her own free time. It means a lot and I am very appreciative!

Jennifer Hohman is absolutely wonderful! So kind and detail oriented. She knows her trade and you can tell she loves it. We live in Utah, and we hired her to evaluate and do an appraisal for a refurbished square grand piano there in Ohio. Her communication was wonderful and she answered all our questions. She was very thorough with the piano evaluation and did an excellent job on recording everything for the appraisal. Even after our purchase, she was willing to discuss questions I had about our piano’s arrival to our home. Ten stars!! Thank you, Jennifer!
