From the moment I walked into the door, Frank made me feel welcome. His knowledge on guitars is extensive and he answered all my questions respectfully. The store is on the smaller side but it's unbelievably packed with great selections at competitive prices. I was looking for a $100 beater, but for a few dollars more I found a pretty clean Jackson. This guitar actually came with a new gig bag with backpack straps and a free strap too. I also found a Marshall amp wich sounded pretty good at an unbeatable price. Super great experience all in all. I've noticed someone complaining about his store hours etc, so if you're concerned about your schedule just call beforehand. Frank is courteous and professional. Thanks Frank! Pete

Feb 15, 2025 · Pete DotsonFix your hours it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve shown up 4 different times when you are allegedly “open” and have been met with a locked door every time 2 weeks I’ve gone without guitar strings because I wanted to give a small local business my money. Dude doesn’t answer the phone and is never there, save yourself time and frustration and just order online or go to guitar center. This isn’t a “business” it’s a lazy man’s hobby.
Oct 10, 2024 · Walker ChristensenBeen doing business with Frank close to 40 years. He's fair, he's knowledgeable, and if he doesn't have it and you have patience, he's always been able to find it. Pro musicians trust him and we're a hard crowd to win over. Skip the chain box stores. Frank is the real deal.
Jun 22, 2024 · Jay OestrikeI called Frank on Saturday morning looking for a nut for my fender guitar. He had one, so i made the trip down for my first visit to his store. He is such a nice guy and you can tell he takes care of everyone that visits his store. I looked around and was amazed at his guitars and prices. I will be down soonnto buy a Fender from him soon. Thank you Frank for taking care of me and ill be a new customer.
Mar 03, 2024 · Jeff WeberFrank is awesome! The store, though small, has a great amount of items to offer. Often he can help locate items. He is trustworthy and gives honest advice. I think he looks out for fellow musicians rather than other places which are more concerned about selling a product for the highest profit but know it might not meet your specific needs or sounds you want to achieve. He's a great small businessman, an asset to the Franklin community. Yes, he's a musician but he's a great teacher as well. He's full of knowledge and experience and always willing to share that insight. I don't know if he offers lessons but I'm sure he could give a reliable reference. My son loves going there, lots of cool items from guitars, PA systems, Speakers, strings etc. and does a great job with repairs. Again, fairly priced. It's a one stop shop that is definitely worth your while.
