Sam, the GM- this girl knows her shit. She's is direct and honest, with a side of compassion. Most pawn shops have acquired a somewhat negative rap, due to the nature of the game. Myself, being a frequent 'pawner', I am experienced- through many cities, many pawn shops with many distinctive 'auras' if you will, about them.. This one happens to be close to my house- Sam has treated me like family along with her staff. I would recommend stopping here before all others. Have fun people! Side note, Sam and her people have actually gone above and BEYOND for me.. Without going into too much detail, I found myself once on the other side of this game, finding my own property within the store, this girl and her staff were locked stock and loaded with the information I needed to get my shit back.. Alas, I was successful, due to this incredible staff, in getting my stuff back!! They deserve to be commended. As there's zero way that this type of customer service is listed as required in the job description.. therefore, I think they Rock the freaking house. thank you guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Me and my brother went in today for the first time; they was so patient and helpful and then the way there customer service is it made me and my brother feel very welcome! Best pawn shop experience honestly! & the money was good trust me!

They actually took the time to see what it was worth to give me a fair price and not give me the runaround like two previous pawnshops I visited before them. I will definitely make the drive to keep them in business!!
