Mar 28, 2024 · Patricia HelwigWOW... I drove by this place a hundred times and never knew it was there. I called ahead to ask some questions on some basic guitar strings. Bill the owner spend time and answered questions like I was buying a hundred $ item. When I picked up the strings the young man at the counter was helpful and very polite. AMAZING customer service. I bought the strings and came back later to verify a couple of things. Bill again was so helpful even after the sale of such a small item. While they don't look to have HUGE inventory they had both 6 and 12 string guitar strings in stock. They also said they could order anything else they might not carry and get it in quickly. The Prices where unbelievable. I had a box from my last set of 12 string purchased elsewhere and BTs price was About 1/2. Hopefully others will try them out and support this Small Business with Super Service and Prices. THANK-YOU BT's!!! PS - They also offer lessons but I can't comment on that.

I know it's got to be a challenge working with young kids, but he's just what we were looking for and the experience has been very positive all around. Couldn't be happier, thanks Bill!
