If i can give a no star i will but unfortunately i cant. We come here all the time because we come and buy books every Sunday, we always stopped to get a drink and this is the only time that we get a very poor service. We came around 4:30, we just left and i am not so happy with how poor service this location gave us. So disappointing! My husband has to tell the lady 4 times about his order and she was slamming the monitor when she was taking his order, and when i get my order, its not even full and she didn’t care at all. This person should get another training because she can’t do her job! It is sad. If u are not happy with your job, quit, don’t get mad at your customers, we didn’t do you any wrong, we just want a drink but i guess, we can’t even get that in this place.

Dec 10, 2024 · Mariel Agustin-VanDommelenThis Barnes & nobles will make you remember how much fun it is to go to a bookstore. Nice layout with nooks and crannies. Nice arts & stationery section, children's playroom with Lego and toys, and a Starbucks coffee shop. Great place to spend a winter or gray day. Friendly and helpful staff.
Dec 15, 2024 · Ruth RoderickI recently had a very disappointing experience at Barnes and Noble Starbucks cashier .A new worker provided me with poor service and a rude attitude. They handed me cold and hard food, didn’t even bother to ask if my order was for here or to go, and showed no courtesy throughout the interaction—not even an apology. Customer service is a key part of any business, and unfortunately, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.

Nov 15, 2024 · David VanderVeenBarnes & Noble is a great place to stop and read some books, magazines, and other periodicals. Not only for adults, but for children as well. They have a cool section for children to play with a Thomas The Train play set. They offer a great selection of toys. They have a Starbucks located here as well. They also have free WiFi. Their prices may not always be the cheapest, but they are competitive. And with their frequent buyers program, you save even more.
